Since 1998, IBC has been helping children ages 4-15 in the Wood River Valley develop their “Inner BaseCamp” — an internal compass that aligns one’s beliefs and values with their actions and thoughts — through exploration, adventure, and intentional play in the outdoors. Today, in 2026, we are a 501(c)(3) outdoor adventure education nonprofit that offers five programs throughout the year.

• 5th Grade Program: Seasonal Program Leader (Spring/Fall) 

• Explorers Program: P/T Program Leader (School Year)

• Sprouts Kinderschool: F/T Teacher (School Year), P/T or F/T Teaching Assistant (School Year),  P/T Aftercare Leader (School Year), F/T Camp Leader (Summer) 

 

All positions are based in Ketchum and Bellevue, Idaho.
