Since 1998, IBC has been helping children ages 4-15 in the Wood River Valley develop their “Inner BaseCamp” — an internal compass that aligns one’s beliefs and values with their actions and thoughts — through exploration, adventure, and intentional play in the outdoors. Today, we are a 501(c)(3) outdoor adventure education nonprofit that offers five programs throughout the year.

Development Director
​Idaho Basecamp is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Development Director to lead and organize efforts in donor cultivation, management, and stewardship for an ongoing capital campaign and other year-round fundraising endeavors. The ideal candidate would be a highly organized, warm, outgoing, and well-connected professional who can work with donors both on the local and national levels as well as community leaders to support IBC programming and its expansion.

Maintenance Director
​Idaho Basecamp is seeking a capable Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of IBC properties, vehicles, and equipment. This role is crucial to ensuring safe, effective, and smooth operations and program delivery on a day-to-day basis, as well as developing and implementing systems to support the organization's expansion and growth in the future.
