THE CATCH
A SINGLE FLY
Anglers select a single fly to compete with. Once that fly is gone- you're done. Scores are calculated on the number of fish caught and the length of fish.

Competitors finalize their registration by choosing their SINGLE FLY.

"FLIP FLOPS AND FLANNELS"
4:00pm - 24 hr. Fishing Window Closes
Competitors have a two consecutive hour window to fish on the Big Wood River
5:30-7:30pm
FLY FISHING COMPETITION
Fly Fishing the Big Wood River with over 30 public access points through Ketchum, Hailey, and Bellevue.
Competitors, family, and friends gather for awards ceremony and barbecue.

Proceeds
The proceeds from Sun Valley Single Fly benefit approximately 450 students in Blaine, Custer, Lemhi, Butte, and Ada counties. The Sahm 5th Grade Outdoor Adventure Program is a free three-day and two-night outdoor adventure education for every fifth grader enrolled in public school. ​
